- Claims Solutions:
FCCS handles the carriers’ cargo claims within the
Federal Motor Carrier Regulations. All carrier cargo
claims are officially registered and with lawful electronic
acknowledgment issued. FCCS experienced staff analyze
each cargo claim and, in conjunction with carrier,
implement subsequent handling and disposition. FCCS
coordinates with the carrier representative the resolution
of each claim through negotiation, mitigation, payment,
and/or salvage.
As requested by the carrier, FCCS performs claims
negotiations with insurance companies, vendors,
shippers, consignees, carrier customers, and beneficial
owners of the goods or will coach carrier representative
in same. Third-party cargo claims recovery is a specialty
of FCCS. FCCS preserves the confidentiality of
individual carrier claims through proprietary servicing
software that is password protected.
