- Carrier Driver Solutions:
The FCCS 24/7 Driver/Carrier Crisis Hotline handles load refusal
from beginning to end. FCCS assembles detailed information on
the refusal, investigates the refusal to determine the estimated
cost of the alleged damage and where the responsibility lies. FCCS
then coordinates with the carrier and provides recommendations
for the subsequent handling of the involved shipment.
To mitigate loss, FCCS may recommend a third-party inspection
to support its findings with a detailed on-site report and photos.
Inspections are performed by seasoned cargo professionals not
insurance adjusters. FCCS assists the carrier to achieve
disposition of the shipment upon completion of its claims analysis.
Required “On Hand Notices” complying with the applicable law
can be issued by FCCS and arrangements can be made through
FCCS for appropriate interim storage/warehousing or salvage
disposal.

procedural policy controls and proprietary servicing software that
